1. What types of jewelry do you sell at Kyelix?
We offer a diverse range of jewelry, from simple pieces to personalized jewelry. Our collections include rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings, created with care and in quality materials.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
- For simple jewelry: Delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.
- For personalized jewelry: Delivery takes between 15 and 35 working days, because a manufacturing time of 10 to 15 days is necessary to guarantee the quality of your unique piece.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
4. How to personalize a piece of jewelry?
When ordering, you will have the option to personalize certain jewelry by choosing engravings, specific materials or adding special details. Personalization instructions can be indicated in the product options.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?
Simple jewelry can be modified or canceled as long as it has not been shipped. However, for personalized jewelry, once the production has started, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order. We therefore advise you to carefully check all the information before finalizing your purchase.
6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
For non-personalized jewelry, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. However, personalized jewelry is neither returned nor exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available during checkout.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, you can choose the gift wrapping option when finalizing your order. We will be happy to prepare your jewelry in a beautiful box, perfect for giving as a gift.
